General terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions of sale define the contractual relationship:
BETWEEN
FFJ FAVRE FISCAL ET JURIDIQUE SA, a public limited company with its registered office in Lausanne, registered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Vaud under the IDE number: CHE-415.620.509, hereinafter referred to as “the Fiduciary” and whose website is http://www.fjfsa.ch/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”);
AND
Any individual or legal entity visiting or making a purchase on the Site for themselves or for a third party, hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser”.
ARTICLE 1: CONDITIONS FOR PLACING AN ORDER
1. Any person placing a private or professional order on the Site declares that they are 18 years of age and have the legal capacity or, failing this, parental authorisation to enter into the contract.
ARTICLE 2: STAGES IN CONCLUDING THE CONTRACT
2.1 The information appearing on the Site does not constitute an offer in the legal sense of the term, so that only the order placed between the Fiduciary and the Purchaser constitutes such an offer.
2.2 Any Internet user may read the general terms and conditions of sale on the Website. Consequently, any order implies full acceptance without exception or reservation of the conditions set out in this contract. These are also communicated during the validation process for each order, the registration of the order being subject to their acceptance. Any person who has made a purchase on the Site therefore declares that he or she is fully aware of them and cannot deny this fact in the event of a dispute.
2.3 Once the General Terms and Conditions of Sale have been accepted and validated, the Fiduciary will send an order confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Purchaser during the ordering process. This e-mail constitutes acceptance of the order and thus forms the contract of sale between the Fiduciary and the Purchaser, governed by the general terms and conditions of sale set out in this contract. The Trustee will process the order in accordance with the terms of this contract.
ARTICLE 3: CONDITIONS AND TIME LIMITS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
3.1 In accordance with Swiss law, any person having placed an order on the Website has a period of 7 days (calendar days) to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, starting from the date of acceptance of the sales contract, in this case the date of validation of the basket and confirmation by e-mail that the Fiduciary has received the order.
ARTICLE 4: LEGAL INFORMATION
4.1 In the event of any comments or questions concerning the Site or the Fiduciary, the Purchaser may contact the Fiduciary at the following e-mail address: contact@fjfsa.ch or by post at the following address:
FFJ Favre Fiscal et Juridique SA
Route de Berne 52 / CP 128

4.2 The Purchaser is authorised to access and use the Website for personal purposes only and may not, under any circumstances, without the express written consent of the Fiduciary and on pain of prosecution, use the Website or any of its content for commercial purposes or for any other activity likely to be detrimental to the Fiduciary.
4.3 All the clauses contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as in all the purchase and sale transactions referred to herein, are subject to Swiss law.
4.4 The Fiduciary cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of the items ordered and, in particular, in the event of stock shortages or any delay in the delivery of these items by our delivery partners.
4.5 Whatever the nature of the personal data concerning the Purchaser of which the Fiduciary may become aware, it undertakes to do its utmost to treat such data with the strictest confidentiality, to ensure its protection and to make strict use of it only to carry out the Purchaser’s requests or to improve the services that may be offered on the Site.
The Purchaser may, however, exercise his/her right to access, rectify or object to this data by writing an e-mail to contact@fjfsa.ch, cf. the general conditions of the Federal Data Protection Act (LPD), which apply.
4.6 The design, form, title and all content of the Website are the sole property of the Fiduciary, with the exception of content that has been the subject of specific agreements with the Fiduciary’s partners.
